Born on June 16, 1984, in Colombia, his love for music began at an early age and led him to become a Bachelor of Music and a university lecturer. This academic and artistic background distinguishes him as a creator committed to using music as a tool for change.
Since his debut in 2018 with the album Live: 2018 Barranquilla de Adoración Iglesia, Profe Escamilla has achieved significant milestones. His single Tu Presencia es mi Deseo was nominated for the 2019 Praise Music Awards, highlighting him as an emerging talent.
In 2020, he launched the project Él Siempre Cuidará de Mí, which earned him another nomination in 2021, solidifying his status as an artist with a profound message. In 2021, the heartfelt worship song Gloria touched hearts and received an additional nomination in 2022. That same year, he collaborated with the band For Youth Only on Santo, a powerful single that fused his musical essence with fresh energy.
