Dariel Patron Mayfield, known professionally as sptmbr is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. Known for his introspective lyricism, sptmbr has gained acclaim for his vivid storytelling and unique production, blending genres and sulgenres of hip hop, pop, R&B, and trap. His stage name was derived from his birth date, September 9th. Early 2018, sptmbr began as an in-house producer/engineer for Audio Crack Ent. Studios in Huntsville, AL and begun self releasing his music with collaborators such as CG the GOAT and producer Wave. His biggest influences include Kid Cudi, Justin Bieber, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Kanye West, JAY-Z, Mac Dre, The Last Mr. Bigg, Pierre Bourne, Young Thug, Migos, Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Juice WRLD to name a few. Currently sptmbr is currently finishing his debut studio album due out on Record63/Preach Records/InGrooves/UMG. The project is scheduled for release winter 2023, with the teaser single "FOREVER+DAY" out now!
