2014, Matt & Vinz give birth to a new project called BORDO. Authors, composers, performers, they cause surprise with unstructured vocals, ethereal keyboards and down-tempo groove.
By signing their first EP, "So Hot Wit Me" to 96 Musique, they follow this young generation of Electro-Pop producers, transcending the genre by mixing varied influences and abolishing imposed barriers. They prefer talking about Future Funk.
On stage, by replacing the usual turntables by a judicious system of pads, machines, guitars and keyboards, the duo confirms a desire to express their music live, as it was composed in the studio: authentic and spontaneous.
"So Hot Wit Me" clearly sets the tone: melancholic, fresh and classy, intelligent and accessible, proving an ideal way to oppose the current production methods. For BORDO, this is just the beginning!
