From the corners of the Costa Rican southern coast "Golfito", a multi-sound phenomenon arises whose expressions bet on the greatest in terms of combinations of aesthetic visuals, sensitive storytelling and experimental sounds through nostalgia and innovation.
Jatnhiel J. Fonseca embodies the multi-talented entity called “Pictura”, dedicating himself to taking care of every aesthetic and sound detail that brings his stories to life -as if he were a film director- through his visual and musical works as a photographer, filmmaker, music producer and singer.
Combining the musical genres that gave meaning to his childhood such as funk, artpop, progressive music, rock & roll, avant-grade, post-punk, psychedelic rock, he manages to immerse us in sounds and visual narratives from the most vintage ones to the most modern ones, in order to convay his feelings, wishes and concerns, or those of his characters. In addition to being a graphic artist and audiovisual producer, Pictura is a constant ambitious evolution that rescues all sensitivity worthy of an audiovisual project.
