Rodrigo Garces Aka Row Garces, Singer, Composer and Rapper Born in Buenaventura Valle located on the Colombian Pacific Coast, where he acquired all the musical knowledge of his land and transferred it to the cities of Cali and Palmira, thus complementing his versatility, expanding his knowledge in the industry, he studied Law at the University to later consider himself as a professor of music willing to demonstrate a sound with which people can identify and express themselves.
