Sapphire Blu an Independent Artist from Los Angeles, Ca, is one of few rappers that has her on personality when it comes to music. She came up with the name "Sapphire" when she was just 16 years old and developed the "Blu" later on thanks to her longtime friend and rapper L.A. Bandit.
