The Jonesboro North Project-Baby is a self-described hustler that used the lessons he learned on the mean streets of Cleveland Avenue to not only survive in the concrete jungle but to flourish as well. Family-oriented, laid-back, goofy, relentless, and resilient can all describe the up-and-coming wordsmith. A quote by Muhammad Ali, "I am the greatest; I said that even before I knew I was", is one of many that displays the confidence Muhammad Ali embodied, this mindset, shared by Yayo Ali, inspired him to pay homage to his favorite warrior by assuming the name of the world's greatest heavyweight boxer.
Around the time Yayo Ali entered the 8th grade, his mother introduced him to what he would find as his true calling, music. It was movie night and although no one knew at that time, "Notorious", the Biggie Smalls biopic, was enough to motivate a young Yayo Ali to write his first song, and he never looked back. It wasn't until High School that writing, and rapping switched from a hobby to a full-time career move, that his passion for winning would power.
His mixtape "MitchMode" is currently out on all platforms and features singles "Sonny," "IYKYK," and Guwop," impacting various markets throughout the southeast. As you can tell, WORK is always on Yayo Ali's mind, and until he accomplishes his mission, he will be dropping Music consistently across all platforms.
