'Monico' is the chosen moniker of Sydney based solo artist; Isaac Atienzo. 'Monico' began with nothing more than his voice and a guitar on the streets of Sydney from the age of 15. Turning heads with an extensive musical vocabulary and an unapologetically capable vocal style, Monico is now a young veteran in the Sydney music scene. Raised by the contemporary legends of Hozier, Bon Iver and Ed Sheeran, soulful folk and indie hooks are embodied and celebrated in Monico's music.
Now averaging at around 3-5 live shows a week, Monico is one of the most in demand live acts in Sydney.
Monico's debut EP 'Backburn' is set to release on the 16th of December, 2022.
