Joseph T. College is a Hip Hop Producer / Rapper from Baltimore City, currently residing in Atlanta GA. College as he is often called, is known for Blazing Beats reminiscent of Dr Dre meets Kanye West! His sharp flow and witty lyricism, set him apart from the run of the mill rappers of this generation.
