Alt indie 4-piece Luna Blue hail from Brighton, UK. Apparently bastard sons of Two Door Cinema Club & Foals, Luna Blue are amassing a growing and loyal following through signature high-energy music, working with producer Jack Wilson (Fickle Friends).
2024: This year will see Luna Blue on two UK headline tours (May and November) and releasing 4 new indie tracks, starting with Ban The Romance (Feb), then Atlantis (May) & two more in Aug and Nov. 2023: Feb track 2003 landed Spotify’s New Music Friday; April’s Next Day Delivery Dreams found Spotify Fresh Finds editorial / Spotify global charts. Crash My Car (July) was BBC Intro Track of the Day & BBC Radio Cumbria's ‘Further Afield Pick’ & indie anthem ROCKSTAR (Oct) featured in the band's BBC Intro Live Lounge in December. Having played sold out dates supporting US band Sub-Radio (London & Brighton) & festival main stages alongside Scouting For Girls, Toploader & The Hoosiers, 2023 ended with 2 SOLD OUT HEADLINE SHOWS at The Grace (London) & Patterns (Brighton).
2022: main stage El Dorado, sold out headliners around the UK, supported King No-One , Dutch Criminal Record & Groove Armada & Luna Blue's FIRST BBC RADIO 1 SPIN with Lou Lou (May).
2021: Luna Blue dominated despite lockdown, playing virtual stages with APRE, Red Rum Club & Lauran Hibberd, supported by Spotify Discover Weekly, BBC Intro, Indie Central Music & MAS Records. The group headlined Tribfest’s Unsigned Stage & Brighton Komedia, and were 1 of 9 bands on AmpRocks main stage with McFly Ash, Sleeper.
CHARITY : Fundraisers include Seb’s 24-hour Nirvana Drumathon (£1375 for #SaveOurVenues) & £2200 SO FAR for adopted charity Animals Asia.
