Diima is a music producer, mix engineer and recording artist from Guinea-Bissau, founder and CEO of Bissilon Sound music label located in Bissau.
His music has a purpose to inspire and empower his people, giving them back hope, motivation and self-esteem necessary to fight for their dreams.
Diima has a multicultural background that translates into his music with fusion of styles from Hip-Hop to Dancehall, from R&B to Afropop with his unique sound signature that grabbed the attention of artists from Brazil, Portugal, USA and Angola allowing him to collaborate on their projects.
He’s also a former member of Sevenlox, african duo that released 4 albums and 3 EP’s and gained significant notoriety in Brazil between 2002 and 2013, being invited to perform as opening act on different occasions for Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Baby Boy The Prince, MIMS and Cobra Starship and Brazilian artists such as Racionais MCs and Marcelo D2.
In 2016 he released his first 5-track solo EP “Vizon” followed by 2020’s “Korson Di Tambur”.
